- Batting cages offering 48 pitch speeds chosen by touch screen kiosks with the ability to opt for CURVE BALLS, and choose between baseballs or softballs (x5)
- Indoor blacklight mini golf course 18 hole Key West / Caribbean themed mini golf course
- Outdoor pickle-ball courts (x3)
- Outdoor rock climbing tower with 6-climbing lanes, harnesses on self-guided belays (35 feet height)
- 2 x 6-person 9D cinema VR hydraulic rides with rider’s choice of virtual reality experience from hundreds of options (x2/accommodating 12 people at a time)
- Bumper boats with built-in soaker guns (x10; in a 4,000 sq. ft, by 4 foot deep pool) - These are the only attraction that must close in the Winter months, all other indoor and outdoor attractions are open year-round
- Serving authentic gelato, plus full service bar & grill for all of your refreshment needs
- Indoor seating with rentable party area; Outdoor seating with fire pits (+ s’mores kits) to accommodate groups of any size

What’s in a name?
Ricky Dean Gilmore was born and raised in St. Joseph, MO. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. As a lifelong resident of St. Joe, he has a strong desire to enrich his city. His love of his family and his community is a driving force behind everything he does.
In 2018, Rick & his wife Marcia, with their daughter Katie & her husband Joe, opened Joe Town Mini Golf. It was a result of many hours of living room talk about having more fun, all-ages things to do in St. Joseph. In 2019, Joe Town Speedway was a result of the same living room talking and dreaming. Near the end of 2020, we purchased Cool Crest Garden Golf. Now, “Project #4”, is the biggest living room dream yet, and its groundbreaking day was February 21, 2022.
Why are we naming Project #4 “Ricky Dean’s”? Joe and Katie chose this name because Rick is the believer in doing the BIG things. Without Rick, this would not have been financially possible. Rick was a HAIR embarrassed to let this be the name at the beginning. But, let’s be honest. It just fits. 🤠
